Meet The Senior Management Team
Our senior management team has many years of combined mental health and social care experience. They lead by example and are visible and accessible in our services, helping our clinical and support teams with the day to day running of the service or supporting service user activities.
Our support team is fully trained in all aspects of their role, receive additional training and access to regular supervision to meet the needs of the service.
A Zulu
Director of Property and Estates
A Zulu has over 9 years work experience in the care sector both community and in-patient services (secure and non-secure) with adults and young people. He is currently studying NEBOSH and has qualifications and experience in housing and building regulations including community-based housing provisions for health and social care. He is also a qualified Management of Violence and aggression instructor.
C Muranda
Director of Clinical Services & Service User Experience
C Muranda has over 23 years working within care in various sectors. She is a registered nurse and has worked in both general hospitals and in the community both at Junior and supervisory levels. She has been involved in compliance and delivery of contract objectives for the various Organisation she has worked for both in the NHS and in the independent Mental Health and social sector. Her experience with young people in the community includes working with young offenders, teenage mothers, and residential support for young people, leaving care and below 16 years. Palliative care, Sexual Health, Accident and Emergency, Intensive Care.
P M Zulu
Director of Quality and Operations
PM Zulu has experience as a Hospital Director and Registered Manager for several organisations within Independent mental health sector over several years. Part of her role included delivering on the NHS National contract and CQUINs within specialised commissioning. She has over 21 years’ experience working within and managing Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) both as a registered nurse and a senior manager/ Director. She has also turned around failing services to make them compliant with both CQC and QSG. She has also experience in development of new models of care and collaborative working with commissioner for example within the New Care Models initiative, Devolution Manchester group for CAMHS, Deaf Services review and Transforming lives- Northwest.
