Service User Involvement

Our service is built on the principles of involvement and co-production with the young people. This means that the young people will have full involvement in their care while with us and will be included in the decision-making process.

Families/ carers will also be involved as much as possible and were permitted to do so.

Our Director of Clinical Services is Responsible for service user experience and involvement and is a Director of the company and sits on the Board thus able to ensure service user involvement is a priority at the top of the organisation decision making panel.
